1. Events should be toned down and focused. The problem were that there is too much going on in the event and it is too big of an event. We did not thought thoroughly of sponsorships and return of sales making the event not as effective as it should be.
2. Events brainstorming session:
• Cancelling bar fashion launch because of limitation of audience. Malays would not be able to attend and we don't want that.
• Bazaar outdoor event. Outdoor feels fresh and bazaar usually sells kitsch clothes/items. But danger of drawing attention away from kitschen.
• Flashmob event. Possible collaboration with Starbucks, WonderMilk and telco companies. Problem: Location. Kitschen not readily available at KLCC or Pavilion where the crowd and intended audience are. 
• Free shipping/Mobile shops.
• Creating a media hype with strange sightings.
• Other elements to showcase "kaleidoscopia":
• Glass
• Colours
• Space. Nebula/galaxy
• Mirrors
• Light
• Bleeding watercolour
• Starships
• Passage with mirrors
• Strings
3. Model casting session:
• Possible recruits includes: Nadine, Suelyn, Janine, Isabella, Chow Yi Sern, David, Jzee, etc
• Shortlisted (Female): Isabella, Janine
• Shortlisted (Male): Chow Yi Sern, David, Jzee
• Agree to contact main model casts: Isabella and Chow Yi Sern
4. Equipments:
• David has kaleidoscope lens thingy.
• Viewing and selecting clothing for fashion line.
• Agreed to purchase some clothing.

• Launch: inside of flagship store or elsewhere?
• Sunway lagoon as possible location
• Bar/private party as possible location

• Came up with the name of launch: Kitschen Kaleidoscopia

• Kaleidoscope in lifts (event promotional idea)
• Event A: Sunway lagoon pool party with concert.
• Collaboration with local artist like Miss Nina
• Event promotion ideas:
• Purchase of RM50 and above to get 2 passes to the event
• blogs, radio, facebook, instagram (#tag system)
• Event B: Bar fashion launch
2. Agreed actions:
• Get model casting pictures
• Come up with a logo type for kitschen [2]
• Come up with visual execution sketches [2]
• Moodboard
• Field trip: Kitschen fashion line items pictures for reference.
